The PVDF valve body is a critical component of PVDF diaphragm valves, serving as the housing for the internal mechanisms and playing a key role in providing exceptional chemical resistance, structural integrity, and overall performance. The selection of PVDF as the material for the valve body is a deliberate choice that ensures compatibility with aggressive and corrosive media while maintaining the valve's reliability and longevity.
Material Properties and Advantages:
Chemical Resistance: PVDF, short for Polyvinylidene fluoride, is a high-performance fluoropolymer renowned for its exceptional chemical resistance. It can withstand a wide range of corrosive chemicals, acids, bases, and solvents, making it ideal for applications where aggressive fluids are handled. This resistance ensures that the valve body remains unaffected by the substances it comes into contact with, preserving its integrity and preventing any degradation or weakening of the material.
Mechanical Strength: PVDF possesses impressive mechanical strength and dimensional stability, allowing the valve body to withstand high pressures, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stresses. This robustness ensures that the valve can operate reliably in demanding industrial environments without experiencing deformation or failure.
Thermal Stability: PVDF is known for its ability to perform over a broad temperature range. It can maintain its properties and structural integrity even at elevated temperatures, making PVDF diaphragm valves suitable for applications where fluid control is required in both extreme cold and high-temperature conditions.
Low Permeability: PVDF exhibits low gas permeability, reducing the risk of gas leakage through the valve body. This feature is particularly valuable in applications where maintaining a specific gas environment is crucial for process control and safety.
Design and Features:
Enclosure and Protection: The valve body provides an enclosure that houses the diaphragm and actuator mechanisms. It serves as a protective barrier that prevents any fluid from escaping or external contaminants from entering the valve. This enclosure ensures the safety of the fluid control process and maintains the purity of the handled media.
Variety of Configurations: PVDF diaphragm valve bodies come in various configurations to accommodate different application requirements. These configurations include straight body, Y-pattern, and multi-port designs. The choice of configuration depends on factors such as flow characteristics, system layout, and operational needs.
Fluid Flow Path: The internal design of the valve body defines the fluid flow path. This design is crucial for ensuring optimal flow characteristics and minimal pressure drop through the valve. The body's geometry and smooth interior surfaces play a role in reducing turbulence and maintaining efficient flow control.
Connectivity and Compatibility: The PVDF valve body is designed to be compatible with various piping systems, allowing for seamless integration into existing fluid control setups. It typically features threaded, flanged, or socket connections that ensure secure attachment to pipes and other components.

Features
With the birth of the company, we produced the first plastic diaphragm valve in 1979 and obtained certification from the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1983.
The Diaphragm valve uses a high-quality sealing material, exhibiting ower compressive strain, for its diaphragm and cushion, resulting in optimum sealing performance.
The Diaphragm valve is designed so that pressure is distributed evenly. This design allows the hand-wheel torque to be reduced and maintains shut-off at low torque.
